Forum Rules
§ 1 Scope
For use of the forum-borad wizardco.eu by Sarah Fri (hereinafter "Provider") following conditions apply.
The use of the forum is allowed only if you accept these terms of use as users.
§ 2 Registration, contract and object
first Requirement for the use of the forum is to register via the online form. After registering via the online form on the forum you will get a confirmation email for verification of your data sent, allowing you to confirm your registration by mouse click. With the activation of your account by the vendor, is the gratuitous use of Board contract (contract).

fourth The provider also has the right to block you as a user to access the online platform, if a reasonable suspicion that you have violated these Terms of Service. You can avert these measures when you dispel the suspicion by submission of appropriate documentation at their own expense.
fifth Should third parties or other users take the seller because of possible violations of law in claim arising a) from the set by you as User Content and / or b) the use of the services of the provider by you as a result users commit yourself as a user, the provider from any claims, including claims for damages to indemnify the seller and pay the cost incurred by the latter because of the violation. The provider is particularly exempted from the cost of legal defense. The supplier is entitled to ask this of you as a user to an appropriate advance. As a user, you are obliged to support the provider in good faith with information and documents in a legal defense against third parties. All other rights, including damage claims of the party remain unaffected. If you as a user have not responsible for the possible violation of the law, do not pass the aforementioned obligations.
§ 4 transfer of rights
first The copyright for your topics and posts, as far as these are protected by copyright laws remains basically at you as a user. You agree that the seller but with setting a theme or post the right to the topic or post permanently vorzuhalten on its website. § 5 Limitation of Liability
first The provider of the forum is not responsible for the content posted in the forum, especially not for its accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
second The provider is liable for intent and gross negligence and breach of an essential contractual obligation. Material contractual obligations are those in which the proper performance of the contract possible in the first and may rely on the fulfillment of the contractual partner. The provider is liable under the limitation on compensation for the foreseeable typical contractual damages in the contract for such damages caused by a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations by him or his legal representatives or agents. With slightly negligent breach of obligations that have no significant contractual obligations, the supplier shall not be liable. The liability for damages that fall within the scope of a providers guarantee or warranty and liability for claims under the Product Liability Act and damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health remains unaffected.
§ 6 duration / termination of the contract
first This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
second Either party may terminate this Agreement without notice.
third The provider is at the end of this Forum user agreement entitled to block the user's access. The provider has the right but not the obligation, to delete in case of termination that you have created as User Content. A claim by you as a user to transfer the created content is excluded.
